Dungeon Poker

Dungeon Poker fixed limit version

You can also play Dungeon Poker using Fixed Limit rules. In the Fixed Limit version, there is a strict betting structure that depends on the blind level. However, it differs significantly from traditional Texas Hold’em Fixed Limit rules. Some abilities in Dungeon Poker require a minimum bet of 2× the blind, and several other game mechanics do not fit into very tight limit structures.

Below, we explain two unique and slightly different limit rule sets that work especially well with Dungeon Poker. Many players enjoy Fixed Limit Dungeon Poker because it prevents excessively large bets in the early stages of the game and usually makes the game last longer. On the other hand, some players feel that No-Limit or Pot-Limit is the only true way to play Dungeon Poker.

Dungeon Poker Fixed Limit

In Dungeon Poker Fixed Limit, the maximum bet is limited to:

  • 2× the blind in the preflop stage

  • 3× the blind on the flop

  • 4× the blind on the turn

  • 5× the blind on the river

The maximum number of bets in a single betting round is three. This is the same as in traditional Fixed Limit Texas Hold’em.

Dungeon Poker Limit+

In the Limit+ version, the maximum bet is:

  • 3× the blind in the preflop stage

  • 4× the blind on the flop

  • 5× the blind on the turn

On the river, there is no maximum bet. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of bets in a single betting round.
